First of all, it is always a pleasure to be greeted by Hannah and Katie when I walk into the Davis Repair office. They are always friendly and have a superior knowledge of cars! I know when I take my car to Davis they will give me a top notch assessment and not try to sell me items I don't need. They are always willing to make the process as easy as possible by offering a ride home or back. It is comforting to know I have an automotive shop I can trust!
Hannah was very courteous and knowledgable when I called for a diagnosis about fuel problems. My vehicle is an older model with a history of my problem. Hannah was quick to recognize that and she scheduled an appointment the following day and the repair was completed in that day. I was very appreciative of the quick repair and especially the extra cleanup and detailing they did on my vehicle. The vehicle is running great. It is a great pleasure to have it back so quick and in such good shape. Although I declined the offer, Hannah offered to provide transportation for me to and from work. I also enjoyed talking about tentative plans to replace the vehicle in the next year and she had several helpful suggestions to help me look for the specific make and model I'm interested in. I didn't meet Larry but I look forward to meeting him in the future. He and his crew did a great job.
