I honestly don't know about the quality of work, because the visit was for 90,000 mile service, but the rest of the experience was great. Very good communication on their part; they checked out the car, found some other items that needed to be addressed, and emailed me an updated estimate with the additional items prioritized. They also made it easy for me to pick up my car after hours, they had cleaned the interior, and they even left me a lollipop with a note saying Happy Valentine's Day!

Hannah is one of the best customer-oriented persons I have ever come across. Every experience we have had with Davis (through Hannah as a first point of contact) has been A+. I would recommend them to anybody that I liked. The service they provide on our carsprobably could be done satisfactorily at several places, but the whole experience that Davis provides makes them our first choice always.

I was very happy with the work done on my car as well as the service. It was so nice that they found the struts I needed for a less expensive price than they originally quoted me and then passed the savings on to me. They also got my car done super fast so that I was able to easily work my day around the repair. My car is driving much smoother so I think they did a great job! Thank you so much!!!

Great attention to service related deets. Katie took iniative at end end of the day to check cca on my battery and reveal I didnt need to buy a new one. Only suggestion to improve is to call or text when car was ready.
